Design Updates

The redesigned 2022 Toyota Tundra offers an incredibly bold look, thanks to its sharp, strong angles and muscular body-on-frame design. A large, angular grille covers substantial real estate at the front of the Tundra, flanked by LED lights, chrome accents, and more, depending on the trim.

Inside, leather-trimmed seats and soft-touch materials give the cabin a premium feel, bolstered by the available one-touch panoramic moonroof. And a classic of Toyota trucks, the signature power vertical rear window raises and lowers to add convenience to your drive (or a little more enjoyment for your dog).

Performance Updates

Two brand-new powertrains provide the redesigned 2022 Toyota Tundra with plenty of power to tackle any task, starting with the new, standard 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 i-FORCE engine producing 389 horsepower and 479 lb.-ft of torque. For those looking to go a little greener with their driving habits, the electrified 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 i-FORCE MAX hybrid engine gives the new Tundra up to 437 horsepower along with 583 lb.-ft of torque—meaning you’ll be reducing your emissions, not your capability.
These powertrains also offer a max towing capacity of up to 12,000 lbs, ensuring that the new Tundra will have your back on the jobsite. Add in a new multi-link rear suspension system, available rear air suspension, Adaptive Variable Suspension, and an array of off-road technology, and you’ve got the most capable Toyota Tundra ever.

Safety & Technology Updates

Toyota is delivering an all-new Audio Multimedia system with the 2022 Tundra, which can be enjoyed on the available 14-inch full colour touchscreen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility comes standard—and wireless—ensuring you never even need to take your phone out of your pocket when you set foot in the new Tundra. However, the most impressive bit of technology to come standard across the Tundra trim lineup is without a doubt Toyota Safety Sense 2.5. A comprehensive collection of advanced safety and driver assistance systems, including advanced towing and trailering technology such as Blind Spot Monitor with Trailer Merge Warning, rendering this smart truck one smart choice.

With deliveries expected this December, the newly redesigned 2022 Toyota Tundra is ready to revolutionize the modern pickup truck experience.
