Relief Program

To our valued customers – new and returning!

During these uncertain times we want you to know that Stampede Toyota is working with Toyota Canada to give you options for your current vehicle contracts and for your future vehicle purchases.

Current customers with contracts through Toyota Financial Services who are experiencing loss of income, self-isolation, or illness can contact Toyota directly to discuss their options. Toyota Canada will be evaluating each customer concern on a case-by-case basis. Access your account through the Toyota Customer Portal or call 1-800-661-3062 to speak with a Toyota Financial Services representative. We ask patience during this time as wait times have increased due to high call volume.

Customers who are leasing through Stampede Leasing are asked to contact us directly by emailing us here to discuss options.

All other customers financing through our bank partners are asked to contact those financial institutions directly.

Current customers are also invited to start a new contract with Stampede Toyota to take advantage of our newly released Relief Program. Trade in of the current vehicle is recommended as old contracts will be closed out and customers can take full advantage of program benefits.

New contracts through Stampede Toyota and Toyota Financial Services are eligible for:

  • 6-month payment deferrals for finance contracts
  • 1.0% rate reduction for new lease or finance contracts for customers with a currently registered Toyota vehicle (currently vehicles are not required to be traded but proof of registration is required)
  • Payment deferrals and rate reductions can be combined with rates as low as 0%
  • $1000 cash back
